Participatory methods used to select training priorities

KGAs capacity building and networking services has conducted a training on organisational governance for six of its ten partners. The need for this training was identified based on the results of secondments with partners by KGA senior staff. The aim of the training is to build the skills of partners board members, staff and farmer members in how to strengthen and manage their organisations in a professional way.
